Again

Smoking-related diseases claim an estimated 430,700 American lives each year. Smoking costs the United States approximately $97.2 billion each year in health-care costs and lost productivity. It is directly responsible for 87 percent of lung cancer cases and causes most cases of emphysema and chronic bronchitis.

Quit.

Angel Cake

Damn it is windy out. Sounds like that tree out back is about to blow over.

So I figured I work have to find a job making at least 15 dollars an hour and still keep teaching 18 students a week to have enough money to accomodate the increase in expenses coming up soon, and still be able to save money. However that means that 3 days a week, mon, tue, and thur I would be working 12 hours straight. Which I guess I am used to working alot, but I really am tired of never having my evenings free.
In the meantime I am still doing a bunch of shit that I don't care about.

I have nothing positive to say today.

My brother Jeremy might take Birk though. I am going to take him over there this weekend to see how he gets along with his other cat.
Now I need a home for Garfield. If anyone is interested please let me know.

the weekend is near

Well I am in a better mood today so that is good. I am bored at work right now though because the stupid students haven't shown up. and of course the call at the last minute to say that they are sick. call earlier, you know when you are sick! I wouldn't have had to be here until 5:30, instead I got here at 4. I could think of a thousand other things I could be doing, and need to get done.
O'well, I can blog.

Mark is trying to quit again with the smoking, tossed the cigarettes. I really hope that he can do it. Please lend some encouragement those of you that are friends with him. (I hope that you guys quit too!)

I really need a day off! I have a long list of shit to try to get done tomorrow and this weekend, on top of having to work both tomorrow and sat. and trying to see out of town friends before they leave.

Ok that's all for now.

Hump day

Well I confirmed what I already figured, Mark hasn't really quit the smoking, but I was at least lead to believe that for a while. He may smoke less, but in my opinion you do or you don't. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt when his car smelled like cigarettes, and he did too, but that was stupid of course. I hope that he really does quit and not just pretend to. I hate when smokers say they quit and yet haven't really. A lot of people do this, and all I can say is STOP LYING TO YOURSELF!

I don't look fondly at addictions, no matter what the substance is.

I was really proud of him for quitting and always would complement him on how well he was doing, now I feel pretty dumb for doing that.

On to other things.

I now have the added stress of moving this March or April. I need to decide what I am going to do. Molly, Lajuane and I may all live together and get a house, but the problem is I would have to give away Garfield and Birk, which makes me sad. But I am not home a lot now, I am trying to be here more but it is hard with working all the time, and staying at Mark's a lot. They keep going to the bathroom in the house, which I think is their way of acting out. I also may need to take Garfield to the vet, maybe he has a urinary track infection. But Molly would be happier without the cats, and we really need more space and can't really afford a house on our own, LaJuane doesn't want to live with the cats. Plus Mark is allergic to them, he can never breath well over here, and so is Molly's boyfriend. So I could either live on my own which will double my rent and household bills, or live with them, which will still make my expenses higher but less than living alone. Either way Mark is allergic to them. So he still wouldn't be able to breath.

I think Molly, LaJuane and I would have a good time living together, in a nice big house. So after the holidays, I need to start saving to move either way. Or I could stay here and pay more. I really need to find a new job soon, and this isn't the best time around the holidays. I have been applying, or sending resumes rather, but I know it could take a month or so before I have something new, which is fine. But I need to have some sort of budget in place especially if my bills are going to be going up 300-400 dollars a month. Plus as soon as I get a new job I am getting braces (again) which will cost some money even with insurance.

Well enough of my worries.
